In 2023, we introduced Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to the Lakeside community. These are employee-led groups that are passionate about inclusion and aim to foster a diverse and welcoming workplace at Lakeside. Our first three ERGs at the Lake are Women’s Leadership Network, Pride, and Parents’ Network. We are so grateful to have this space to come together for learning and fun!
